Account Executive (FT) All Stations (job reference #AE0110-01):  These positions will prospect, market and service advertising air time. To achieve revenue and shared goals set by Sales Managers.  Develop new advertisers by soliciting area businesses. Duties include, collection of monies owed for advertising, management of accounts with an eye toward producing results for advertisers and enhancing radio station revenues and profitability.  Candidates must have a successful history of media or other outside sales performance.  Computer literacy and professional presentation abilities are essential.  Prior sales experience and new business development skills are a must.  Outstanding marketing/presentation skills are required.  Must be highly motivated to succeed in a competitive environment.  Position requires a person with high energy, outgoing personality, strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, valid driver’s license and a good driving record.  High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; College Degree Strongly Preferred.

Digital Sales Director (FT) Internet Department (job reference #AE0110-02):  This position will be responsible for creating and presenting existing and new web revenue opportunities for all Clear Channel Orlando radio stations and networks. Duties include presentations to clients and agencies on generic online capabilities and custom client programs, brainstorming with account executives to create new web opportunities, creation of sales packages that utilize various digital elements, and development of ongoing digital training for radio sellers.  Candidates must have a successful track record in online sales or management.  Must be highly motivated to succeed in a competitive environment. Position requires a person with high energy, outgoing personality, strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high-level computer proficiency. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Outstanding marketing/presentation skills are required. High School diploma or equivalent is required; College degree strongly preferred.

Executive Sales Assistant-(FT) (job reference #AE0201-01):    Responsibilities include clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and general client correspondence, creating one sheet’s and proposals.
·         Interact with other departments internally on behalf of GSMs.
·         Maintain multiple calendars for Sales Managers including coordination with meeting attendees, making all meeting arrangements and confirming attendance. Arrange work and personal appointments, set up/breakdown conference room for meetings, order and pick up lunch if needed
·         Maintain a yearly calendar of upcoming Stations events
·         Knowledge and ability to complete specific assignments on time as requested by GSM using the following resources. (Xray, BOB, Aircheck, CSG, Viero, Radio Fusion, AE Tool)
·         Arrange travel (Air, Hotel, Car)
·         Ensure delivery of all department correspondence as directed by Sales Managers.
·         Maintain appropriate department files (paper and electronic) for Sales Managers Sellers. Update sales expense spreadsheets, maintain the file and work closely with accounting to ensure all invoices are paid.
·         Work on various special projects as directed. 
Perform various other administrative responsibilities as requested.
·         Two or more years experience in office coordination or sales or marketing job duties
·         Self starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
·         Excellent work ethic
·         Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
·         Excellent interpersonal and team skills
·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a MUST, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
·         Phone skills, typing min. 40 wpm,
·         Some graphic experience.
·         The best candidate thrives on solving problems and helping others
·         Detail oriented
Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner
Minimum of one year sales assistance experience required.  High school diploma/GED equivalent; college preferred, but not required
